    The staff was professional and efficient and my stay was really good, would stay there again. The location in a very very nice area was magnificent. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Dough that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

    The bed was terrible every spring in the mattress was sticking into me!!! It was very noisy which i did complain about and would have like some kind of goodwill monies back, there was a wedding on and the music was so loud the floor of our room was vibrating, we should not have been put in a room over this function, I had been travelling since 5am that day and did not appreciate that kind of noise when I needed my sleep. If you wish your Hotel to be in our catalogues for our shows as a Hotel suitable for our horse shows/due to situated near Aintree race course, I suggest you consider some kind of apology or goodwill gesture!!!

    It is situated near to Aintree race course where our horse shows are held, so could be offered on our catalogues!!! But Due to my bad experience there saturday night I am not sure whether I wish my members to stay there!!!
